Bachelor seminar "Toyota Supply Chain Management"

The Chair of Logistics and Quantitative Methods offers a bachelor seminar in the upcoming winter term. This seminar will build on the well-known practices that made Toyota a worldwide leading car manufacturer like e.g. Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban, etc. The seminar will focus on understanding how these tools/techniques allowed Toyota to build up and manage a complex, worldwide dispersed network of production facilities, suppliers, and dealers.
