Learning Objectives
- Become familiar with theoretical concepts of strategy development and implementation in the e-business context
- Understand the strengths and weaknesses of different frameworks and methods, as well as the conditions for their appropriate application
- Be able to apply the concepts to case studies and derive action-oriented recommendations
- Practice transferring these concepts to new entrepreneurial situations encountered in studies or professional contexts
Organisation
Lecture (starting CW 42)
- The lecture takes place Thursdays from 10:15 to 11:45 in lecture hall 162 (former Sparkasse).
- Kick-Off on 16.10.25
- The enrollment key will be announced during the introductory session.
Exercie (starting CW 45)
- The exercise session starts on 06.11.24, and takes place Thursdays from 14:15 to 15:45 Uhr in lecture hall 162.
- Case studies will be worked on to support a better understanding of the lecture.
- You have the opportunity to earn a grade bonus by working in small groups to analyze a case study and present it during the weekly exercise session.
Exam
- The course concludes with a written final exam at the end of the lecture period.
