Willi Cernko, Chairman of the Bank of Insurance Division of the Austrian Economic Chambers (WKO), invited Prof. Dr. Peter Bofinger and Thomas Haas to Vienna on October 11th to present their report they were commissioned to prepare on the Digital Euro. The presentation provided and overview over the study, with a particular focus on customer benefits, security, and privacy protection.
