E-Commerce and sales management

Digital selling of goods and services has long been of great importance not only in the B2C context, but also in the B2B context - with relatively little knowledge about the design of digital sales processes and their optimization for users. We therefore investigate concepts for the optimization of customer-related e-commerce processes (e.g. conversion optimization, store design) and sales employee-related processes, especially for the design of digital transformation and the use of potentials for sustainable user behavior in this context. We are also researching the increasingly changing importance of online reviews in purchasing decisions in the online shopping context.
