Entrepreneurial Venture Development: From the idea to the business plan (project module)

Overview

In today's dynamic and competitive business world, the ability to turn innovative ideas into successful start-ups is of immense value. The project module " Entrepreneurial Venture Development: From Idea to Business Plan" is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills and confidence to take their start-up concepts from idea to comprehensive business strategy. The aim of this module is the independent development of a business plan including a comprehensive marketing concept, which is to be presented at the end of the project module. The business plan should not only contain information about the business idea, the founding team, etc., but also specific statements (if necessary, based on an empirical study) about the market assessment, the competitive situation, the price and revenue model, marketing and communication measures, sales concept, risk analysis, etc.

Target group

The project module is aimed at Master's students (also in existing teams) who already have their own business idea and would like to develop a concrete business plan including a marketing concept for it under the guidance of the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce team. It is not important how advanced the idea is. Students with ideas at an early stage can also take part in the project module and develop them further.
