Course description:
In the Master's program, we offer specialized lectures that build on advanced knowledge. "Marketing Research" deepens the methods of marketing research in order to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and market structures.
Tentative course structure:
- Introduction to marketing research
- Data collection methods
- Designing the data collection instrument
- Data collection process and coding
- Data analysis and interpretation
