What you'll do

• You will support IT Compliance (CIO Office) on global deletion management project
• You will contribute to the development of FAQ, guidance and presentations for Deletion Management
• You will participate and document the initiation sessions as well as monitoring audits
• You will support business in completing required documentation of annexes to the deletion concept
• You will be responsible for the follow-up of tasks and implementation status within the scope of deletion management
• You will coordinate between project management and stakeholder involved

Who you are

• You are currently enrolled in your Bachelor or Master studies
• You are highly motivated, pragmatic with a sense of problem-solving
• You enjoy working with people in and of different countries
• You have a proactive, reliable and hands-on working style
• You have solid PowerPoint skills
• You are fluent in English and solid German is a plus
